Cancelling your subscription
Email us from the account email address and we'll cancel immediately. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
Exporting your data
Your data export and account deletion options are in account settings. We're also happy to send you a data export by email on request.
Billing questions
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your invoice is emailed automatically each month. For billing disputes, email support with your account email.
App not loading
Try clearing your browser cache or opening the app in a private/incognito window. If the issue persists, email us with your browser and device.
GLP-1 Coach is not a medical service. For medical questions, contact your prescribing physician.
